On the afternoon of January 17, the second meeting of the second International Students Teaching Supervision Group of SIEC (School of International Education and Cooperation) was successfully held in the conference room on the 12th floor of the Library and Information Building. Some experts from the Teaching supervision group for international students, leaders and teachers from the School of International Education Exchange participated in the seminar. The meeting was presided over by Song Guiqin, leader of the supervision group.

At the meeting, the experts of the supervision group first reported on the teaching supervision of international students in this semester and made full exchanges from the aspects of classroom management of international students and teachers' English teaching ability. Subsequently, Professor Song Guiqin arranged the task of supervising experts in 2024, starting from the two aspects of supervision group experts' collective lectures and individual lectures, in order to supervise and guide the teaching work of international students in the whole school. At last, the supervising experts conducted serious discussions on how to improve the education and teaching quality of international students in China, and put forward many effective suggestions.

Xiao Fengling, dean of SIEC, expressed her sincere thanks to the experts of the supervision group for their care and support in the education of international students in China, and stressed the necessity and importance of the supervision work in the whole teaching management link, hoping that the supervision experts can fulfill their duties and make contributions to the improvement of the teaching quality of international students in China and ensure the steady improvement of the teaching quality of international students in China.
