To further strengthen the safety and hygiene management of international student apartments at our university and to create a safe and comfortable living space for all international students, on the afternoon of December 22, 2023, the School of International Education and Cooperation, in conjunction with the Logistics Management Department, held a "face-to-face" exchange meeting on international student apartment management and services in the conference room on the 12th floor of the Library Information Building. Relevant personnel from the Student Affairs Office of the School of International Education and Cooperation, the Student Apartment Management Center, and representatives of international students attended the meeting.

During the meeting, issues related to the management of international student apartments were discussed, such as the use of electrical appliances in dormitories, the placement of bedding, and dormitory hygiene. The Apartment Management Center also collected demands and feedback from international students regarding dormitory management.

The School of International Education and Cooperation and the Student Apartment Management Center, taking into account the actual situation of international students, responded to the issues raised by the student representatives. They also reminded the students of various safety matters that should be noted in dormitory life and study, and expressed the hope that international students would adapt to their study abroad life with a positive attitude.

The holding of this exchange meeting is conducive to improving the cross-departmental management level of international students at the school, raising their awareness of safety and hygiene, providing more effective safety guidance and living support during their study and life in China, and has significant importance for further promoting the construction of a harmonious campus.
