From November 8th to 10th, the 4th English Teaching Exhibition for Young Teachers of Medical Undergraduate Education in China was held in Harbin. Tan Qingqing, the top ranked teacher in our school competition, represented our school in the competition and won the "English Teaching Expert" (second prize).

The English Teaching Exhibition for Young Teachers of Medical Undergraduate Education in China is a national medical English teaching competition organized by the China Association for International Exchange of Education, directly under the Ministry of Education. 44 medical universities accredited by the Ministry of Education for English teaching in medical undergraduate education in China have selected outstanding young backbone teachers to participate. This competition is held every two years and is currently the largest in China, the most influential undergraduate medical education teaching level competition for international students studying in China represents the highest level of English teaching for medical majors studying in China.

In the preparation of the teaching and exhibition, Mr. Tan Qingqing received strong support from the school leaders, the School of Optometry, School of International Education and Cooperation, the experts of the second International Student Teaching Supervision group and the previous winners. In the live competition, teacher Tan Qingqing used fluent English to fully export knowledge points, expressed clearly, taught vividly, and presented the whole class perfectly with appealing teaching methods, which was highly recognized by the judges and experts and won the second prize, winning honors for the school and laying a solid foundation for further improving the quality and teaching level of medical education for overseas students in China.
